SEIS for the West Valley Site Information Center


This website is the online center for public information and involvement in the Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the West Valley Site (DOE/EIS-0226-S1) (SEIS for the West Valley Site).

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) Office of Environmental Management and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) are jointly preparing this SEIS for Phase 2 decommissioning decisionmaking for the West Valley Site. Phase 2 includes the facilities and areas remaining at the West Valley Site after completion of Phase 1 decommissioning. This SEIS evaluates potential alternatives for these facilities and areas. This website is the online center for public information and involvement in the SEIS process.
